I'm a Licensed Dietitian and Nutritionist from Southern California. I completed my BS at UNLV in Las Vegas, Nevada, and my MS in Nutrition at Loma Linda University in California.

Diabetes, Renal (Kidney) - not on Dialysis

A new diagnosis of renal conditions or diabetes can be very scary. It is better to be proactive, with the right guidance from your Doctor and Dietitian, than to ignore the issue and end up with life changing repercussions.

Understanding carbohydrate counting, blood sugar, medications and dosing, or diabetes in its entirety can be intimidating. Our Dietitians can simplify diabetes self management and help you to understand the changes to come.

Renal disease caused by high blood pressure, uncontrolled diabetes, family history of kidney issues (etc.) can be very overwhelming - Let our Dietitians educate you on prevention or preparation for dialysis.

Inflammation, Diet analysis, General Nutrition

Issues with your stomach/heart/lungs/liver, vitamin or mineral deficiencies, diet misconceptions, inflammation caused by food or related conditions, and general nutrition are all areas a Dietitian can help to understand and manage.

We offer in-office, mobile (to you or your business), telephone consultation, or telehealth (virtual) Nutrition and wellness services.

*Mobile services within 70 miles, or an additional fee will be applied*

How are services paid for?

Insurance is accepted for specific conditions depending on your plan. The most commonly reimbursed conditions are diabetes, kidney/renal (not on dialysis), or overweight/obese with risk factors.
